Wir haben einen tollen neuen Hausbesitzer, der vieles in unserem Haus verbessern will. Ich bin mir ganz sicher, er meint es wirklich gut. Er ist nett und freundlich,will nie in meine Wohnung und hat erstaunlicherweise auch die Mieten nicht erhöht, trotz new mailboxes, a gate in the driveway, a new driveway paint, solar panels on the roof and an elaborate back house renovation.
