• Alter jünger als 25.
• Weniger als 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung
• Die Grösse der Firma
• Mangelnde Schulung
• Zuviele Überstunden
• Zeitverträge (die Unfallhäufigkeit ist doppelt so hoch wie bei Festverträgen)
