In Spain, the smokers can now get rock hard from 01 January 2011. And while European leaders are not - together - come up with something imaginative, forward to the "right" Non smoking get-away, I believe all these ridiculous, because constantly withdrawn measures will have the same effect as the policy of "Abolition" in the United States.
